Delivery time provided is a guideline only, and does not take into account possible delays that may arise due to payment authorization. We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours with the exception of sale periods where it may take up to 72 hours. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and may vary sometimes due to factors beyond our control. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes. Or by factors such as a transportation strike or disruption of delivery services in any area due to any reason whatsoever. We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched. All orders require a signature upon receipt.
Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package three times before they return it to us. Please provide the complete & accurate shipping address including pin code and a mobile number. We cannot initiate a refund coupon if the customer has provided wrong or incomplete shipping address.
All domestic orders should take about 5 working days for delivery from the date of purchase. Orders are not shipped on the weekends or holidays. You will receive emails once your order has been dispatched.
What are the shipping charges ?
The shipping charges are defined by weight class of the product and will vary PAN India. The shipping is free for purchases over INR 3000 across India.
How Long Will It Take For My Order To Reach Me ?
This depends on the products in your order, mode of payment and on your location. We dispatch our products from Monday to Friday, and it takes another 3 to 5 working days for the order to reach you based on your location.

Will All The Items In My Order Be Shipped In The Same Box ?
We try our best to dispatch all products in one shipment for your convenience. In case you have ordered from multiple brands, the order will be dispatched as and when pieces from your order are available. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do! Please check at the check-out if your country is eligible for shipping through our website. The shipping time for international shipping is 15-30 days depending on your geo-location. Returns are complex across borders but write to us and we can work something out.
If your total invoice amount is more than INR 3000 you will be eligible for free shipping in India. Delivery time is 7-10 working days after dispatch from the warehouse for the free shipping option.Our delivering agency will require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified an alternate recipient for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) as evidence of delivery.
Taxes and Duties:
Product prices include all taxes and duties applicable for deliveries anywhere in India.
Return and Exchange Policy:
Most of our items can be returned/exchanged for a new product or store credit. Please read the individual product page for more details. For products that can be exchanged, we adopt a NO-HASSLE RETURNS/EXCHANGE/REFUND POLICY as long as the returned products are unused, unwashed, and returned with all original packaging and tags. Do note, free gifts/products won or received in promotional offers cannot be returned or exchanged.
How Does My Refund Work ?
Once your exchange/return/refund has been approved by our team, and we have received the said product.
- You can get a credit voucher and/or points on your registered email/website account for the eligible refund amount you paid.
- You can exchange the product with an item of the same value
- You can get the full amount refunded to your account/mode of payment
- International customers are eligible only for refund in case of damaged goods, but no exchange due to cross-border complexities and high shipping costs.
What If I Receive A Damaged / Defective / Wrong Product ?
We Quality Control all our shipping and packaging processes, but in rare circumstances, if you do receive a damaged, defective/wrong product or an incomplete order, simply get in touch with us within 48 hours of receiving your order with pictures at email@example.com and we will take care of the rest.
Do You Have A Reverse Pickup Service ?
No, at this point we do not have a reverse pick up service. Once you get in touch with our team regarding returns/exchange/refund, and it is approved. Please make sure the product is returned in the same condition as it was delivered to you. A full refund will be processed after we receive the returned product.
What Is The Process To Return/exchange A Product?
It’s a simple three step process to initiate return/exchange a product
- Contact our support team at firstname.lastname@example.org within 2 days of receipt of product with Order ID, products, reason for return, photos of damages if any,
- Courier the products in unused, unwashed condition with all original packaging and tags along with a tracking ID using reputable courier service
- Get store credit/exchange/refund once product is received by us
