The Vatsalya balance board is designed to help children develop their sense of balance and spatial awareness.
Wobbling or rocking is beneficial for a child’s development: it stimulates the vestibular (balance) system and helps in strengthening a child’s sense of proprioception — their awareness of being in their physical body — and coordination.
